By becoming a seller on our platform, you agree to abide by the following policies to ensure a smooth and trustworthy experience for both buyers and sellers.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To sell on RemediusRx, pharmacies and health product shops must meet the following criteria:

• Licensing: Pharmacies must be fully licensed by the relevant regulatory authorities to operate as a pharmacy. All sellers must be registered with the appropriate authorities and provide proof of their registration and licensing during the onboarding process.
• Compliance: Sellers must comply with all applicable local, regional, and international laws, including those related to the sale and distribution of pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
• Quality Assurance: Only authentic, high-quality, and legally approved healthcare products should be listed on the platform.

2. Listing Products

• Product Accuracy: Sellers must ensure that all product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with our guidelines, including clear descriptions, correct pricing, and proper product categories.
• Prescription Medications: Prescription medications must only be sold in accordance with legal guidelines, and customers must provide valid prescriptions before purchasing.
• Health Product Listings: Non-prescription products, such as vitamins, supplements, and over-the-counter medications, must be properly categorized and described.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Fair Pricing: Sellers must set competitive and fair prices for their products. Price manipulation or unfair pricing practices are strictly prohibited.
• Transaction Fees: RemediusRx may charge a commission or transaction fee on sales made through the platform. This fee will be clearly outlined and deducted from the seller’s earnings.
• Payment Process: Sellers will receive payments through the platform’s secure payment gateway. Payment processing and disbursements will follow the platform's payment cycle.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Order Fulfillment: Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders promptly and securely. Shipping times must be clearly communicated to the customer at the time of purchase.
• Delivery Standards: Sellers must ensure that all products are packed securely and delivered in the condition described in the product listing.
• Tracking: Sellers are required to provide tracking information for shipments where applicable.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Return Eligibility: Sellers must adhere to RemediusRx’s return and exchange policy, offering customers an opportunity to return or exchange products within the specified timeframe (excluding prescription medications and perishable items).
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, sellers must provide a solution, either through a replacement or refund, as per RemediusRx's policy.

6. Customer Service & Communication

• Customer Support: Sellers must provide timely responses to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback. A professional, courteous, and helpful tone should always be maintained.
• Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between the seller and the customer, the seller must work with RemediusRx to resolve the issue. If necessary, RemediusRx may mediate the dispute in accordance with platform policies.

7. Compliance with Regulations

• Regulatory Compliance: Sellers must comply with all applicable health and safety regulations, including product recalls, warning notices, and other health advisories. Any product recalls must be immediately communicated to RemediusRx and the affected customers.
• Ethical Marketing: Sellers must ensure that their marketing practices are ethical, accurate, and comply with advertising guidelines for healthcare products.

8. Termination of Seller Account

RemediusRx reserves the right to terminate or suspend a seller’s account if the seller violates any of these policies, engages in illegal activities, or fails to meet the platform's performance standards. In the event of termination, the seller may lose access to all future sales and profits on the platform.

9. Privacy & Data Security

• Confidentiality: Sellers must adhere to all privacy and data protection laws in handling customer information, ensuring that sensitive data, such as prescriptions, is treated with the utmost confidentiality.
• Data Use: Seller data and transaction information will be used solely for platform operations, performance analysis, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

10. Agreement & Acknowledgement

By becoming a seller on RemediusRx, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this Seller Policy, as well as any updates or amendments that may be made from time to time
