At RemediusRx, we strive to provide high-quality healthcare products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a returns and exchanges policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 5 days of purchase or delivery.
- The product must have a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- Prescription medications and perishable health products cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Opened or used personal care items
- Baby formula and nutritional supplements
- Medical devices once used
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us – Reach out to our support team via pharmacy@remediushealth.africa with your order details.
- Approval & Instructions – If eligible, you will receive return instructions.
- Return the Item – Pack the product securely and ship it back using the provided address.
- Refund or Exchange – Upon inspection, we will process your refund or send a replacement.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval.
- If you choose an exchange, we will dispatch the replacement as soon as we receive the returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately within an hour of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
